Our Group exercise classes are held in this light, airy, beautifully designed space. More than 70 classes weekly are included in your membership, all delivered by our exceptional training staff of certified instructors. Classes include: Body Pump, Body Combat, Zumba,Yoga, Hot Yoga, Mat Pilates, Stretch & Renew and Tai Chi. This schedule of complimentary classes assures that all members, regardless of age or fitness level will find the fitness regimen they desire.
