Pilates

Our approach to Pilates helps to build strong, flexible muscles through a series of exercises; both in original and modified forms to suit each individual. We aim to align your body perfectly before performing the exercise, and then teach you how to focus on individual muscle groups and work them without putting strain on other areas. Muscle imbalances lead to a host of problems and Pilates helps to provide proper alignment in the body to ensure balanced muscle development.
