July Events
Walk Fit ClassEvery Monday in June from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Beginning in May and continuing through the enf of August, we will enjoy the beautiful days in Carmel Valley with a walking class. Each class will begin with a brief exploration of biomechanics such as hip placement, stride length, or foot position. We will then go for a walk through the area surrounding CVAC. You can simply enjoy being outdoors and stretching your legs, or stay neat the instructor to integrate the ideas presented in the biomechanics introduction. Bring your walking poles, if you have them! Meet at the Bocce court at 11am.
Junior Summer Programs Begin

Bunco
Thursday June 10th
Starting at 5:00 pm Cost is $20.00 (please bring cash), Dinner is included Let the Good Times Roll! Come out to CVAC to socialize, eat, and of course play BUNCO! Whether you are an experienced BUNCO player or have never played before, you will be guaranteed a great time There will be cash prizes for: Most Wins, Most Buncos, Most Losses, Traveling.

Wednesday June 16th
5:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Sign up to reserve your spot in CVAC's 32 player monthly poker tournament. Cost is $30.00 (Please bring cash to the evening of) and includes dinner along with soda and water. Cash bar is available throughout the tournament. Cash Prizes for the top 6 player! Participate each month and earn points for playing, and even more points for winning! The 12th game of the series will be the "Championship Game) where the top 16 point holders will play for the title, trophy, and special prize! Don't miss out on the chance to be apart of the fun! Let the friendly staff of the CVAC kids club watch your children as you enjoy a night out (or in)! 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm in CVAC Cafe
Stop by to socialize and indulge in free appetizers while enjoying tastes of different wines supplied by an award winning local winery. There will be a complimentary tasting, and wines to purchase by the glass or bottle. Body Pump 74 launch
