After moving to Carmel, Scot McKay fell in love with the club and is now the proud new owner. Scot brings a successful, 30-year business career and personal enthusiasm to the club that will fuel its future. To make his vision come to life, Scot has retained one of the nation's best club architects and hired a very talented general manager and tennis director to run the show.

A club member in the early 70s, Jeff Burghardt recalls the days when the likes of Clint Eastwood and Merv Griffin enjoyed tennis at the club. Today, he and Scot have joined forces to purchase the club and create a resort-like atmosphere where service is number one. As a marketing professional, Jeff will help build the CVAC brand to deliver a club experience unlike any other in the area.

Kevin Byrket is a 25-year health and fitness industry veteran and Indiana native. His career stretches across all aspects of the industry, and he has managed numerous multi-purpose operations ranging from 25,000 sq ft to 65,000 sq ft. Kevin previously served as a faculty member for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health-Fitness Journal and currently serves as faculty and writer for Club Success Magazine. His reputation and passion for facility excellence and member service continue to be his career focus.

As a competing pro, Brian is ranked #1 in the nation for Men's 35 Doubles, #4 in the Nor Cal Men's Open Doubles, and is a USPTA 1 certified pro. After years at Meadowbrook, Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club, and Pasadera Country Club, Brian is creating his dream tennis program at CVAC.
